We offer express shipping at a flat rate of $25 for orders under $200.

Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:00 pm (business days) on the same day.

Delivery Estimates
- Metro areas within the express post network: Usually next business day
- Other areas: 2–3 business days (Excludes public holidays)

Important Shipping Information
We use courier services and cannot ship to PO Boxes. Tracking details are emailed to you within 24 hours of shipment.

Order Confirmation & Availability
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. If your items become unavailable, our Customer Service team will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative or refund.

Warranty

If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, we’re here to assist. We’ll liaise with the manufacturer to arrange repair or replacement under warranty. If the item is discontinued or unavailable, we’ll offer an equivalent replacement or, if needed, a refund.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

This warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose. It does not cover:

Improper installation (e.g., water damage from unsealed fittings)
Damage due to power surges, vandalism, or misuse
Environmental exposure outside the product’s specifications
Any product that has been modified, altered, or defaced

Any of the above may void the warranty.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
