I was searching for a replacement power supply for my NVR (Network Video Record). Spy monkey was the cheapest for the manufactures replacement. I ordered and paid via their web site. Irm was was delivered within 3 days. Exceptional. The packaging was a little larger than expected given the size of the item. However, it was safely wrapped inside the parcel with bubble wrap to stop any movement. I will definitely be using Spy Monkey again.
Overall the system works well with good quality but there is an issue with randomly not being able to view the event recordings on the app or the web interface meaning you physically have to verify what caused the event on the NVR itself. Not too handy if you are away from home. This issue is random and isn't limited to any particular camera as one instance a recording will work perfectly then the next it is not working however once a faulty recording is made on the NVR it cannot be viewed at all except from the NVR itself.
Excellent customer service
Worked immediately when plugged in to cable to router and accessible via !P address or cloud acc in the App. However if you change the password on the camera and forget it you’re in trouble. The Forgot Password function provides a QR code which has ‘invalid format’ and gives a 404 error. There’s no reset button on the camera, so now the camera is unusable.

Thanks for the comment. You are correct and this is by design as a security measure. These are not consumer electronics from bunnings. When you purchase a proper security device, expect there to be security restrictions if you don't use it properly. Save yourself (and us an anonymous undeserved 1 star review) the headache by not forgetting your password. Resetting the camera by QR code is only possible to do if you've already connected the Uniarch app. In your case the only way to reset the password is for us to get reset codes from the manufacturer. You will need to reach out to us with your order number and name so we can advise the next step. In future, don't forget your password!
