How to Claim:
Simply submit the competitor’s link or upload their quote/tax invoice using our online form below. Include:

• A direct link to the competitor’s product page showing the lower price, OR
  
• A written quotation or tax invoice from an authorised Australian reseller.

Policy Conditions:

• Applies only to identical products (same brand, model, and warranty).
• Competitor must be an authorised Australian reseller.

Excludes:

• Grey imports or overseas websites.
• Auction sites, marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, etc.), or clearance/liquidation sales.
• Bulk wholesale or commercial tender pricing.
• Price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of claim.
• Claims must be submitted before purchase (we cannot retrospectively adjust past orders).
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
• Shipping fees and GST must be factored into the competitor’s total price for comparison.
• We reserve the right to verify competitor pricing with the supplier.
