ExternalAntenna is an external antenna designed to improve LTE and radio communication performance for Ajax security systems. It enhances signal reception and transmission for hubs using cellular and wireless communication channels.
The antenna supports multiple communication technologies including LTE, 2G/3G, Jeweller, and Wings, ensuring reliable connectivity for alarms, commands, and firmware updates. With its durable construction and long cable, the antenna can be positioned outside the hub enclosure to optimize signal strength.

2-Years Warranty
Ajax’s 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or errors in the manufacturing process that may occur within 24 months from the date of sale. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (device body scrapes, scratches, etc.), wear of the elements caused by improper operation, and normal wear of the device components, mechanical and/or electrical damage (including latent), exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, and vibration or damage caused by natural disasters.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from unauthorised repair, installation, and/or replacement of components or programs, including the installation of updates and extensions, performed by anyone other than an authorised representative of the Limited Liability Company “Ajax Systems Manufacturing”.
If a device is faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible.
