Dahua's next generation network video recorder offers unparalleled recording technology for IP video surveillance applications. For applications where details are critical for identification, this enterprise-level NVR provides a powerful Intel processor with up to 4K resolution. Additionally, the NVR features a mouse shortcut operation menu, remote management and control, centre storage, edge storage, and back up storage. This NVR is ideal for a wide range of applications such as public safety, transportation stations, government institutions, hotel resorts, shopping malls, city centers, and financial institutions, where demand expansion flexibility, high reliability and centralized storage management. The NVR is compatible with numerous third-party devices making it the perfect solution for surveillance systems with or without a video management system (VMS). Its open architecture supports multi-user access and is compatible with ONVIF.

3-Years Warranty
Dahua’s 3 year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the normal operation of the product. In the event of a device being faulty, SECSOURCE will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. We don’t wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement, if your item is determined to be faulty we will have it replaced as soon as possible from new stock. Please contact our support team at support@secsource.com.au or 1300 049 519.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number. Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation with one of our team and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
