3-Years Warranty
Dahua’s 3 year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the normal operation of the product. In the event of a device being faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. We don’t wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement, if your item is determined to be faulty we will have it replaced as soon as possible from new stock. Please contact our support team at support@SpyMonkey.com.au or 1300 049 519.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number. Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation with one of our team and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
