We don’t wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement, if your item is determined to be faulty we will have it replaced as soon as possible from new stock. The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.

Please note, we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number. Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation with one of our team and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
