Featuring with powerful optical zoom and accurate pan/tilt/zoom performance, the SD49 series PTZ camera can provide large monitoring range and great detail. The camera delivers 1080P resolution at 25/30 fps, with 25x optical zoom, and has very excellent low light performance due to the latest starlight technology. SD49 series PTZ camera is equipped with smooth control, high quality image and good protection, which makes it meet small and medium-sized video surveillance applications.
Starlight Technology For challenging low-light applications, Dahua's Starlight Ultra-low Light Technology offers best-in-class light sensitivity, capturing color details in low light down to 0.005 Lux. The camera uses a set of optical features to balance light throughout the scene, resulting in clear images in dark environments.

Dahua’s 3-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the normal operation of the product. If a device is faulty, SECSOURCE will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. We don’t wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement, if your item is determined to be faulty we will have it replaced as soon as possible from new stock.

The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, that we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation from our teams and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
