ePoE technology uses advanced modulation to transmit video, data, and power up to 800m (2624 ft) at 10 Mbps, via a single CAT5E cable, between an IP camera and a PoE switch or NVR. The standard POE distance is only 100 metres. ePoE systems require less devices, use cheaper Ethernet cabling (as compared to fibre), and takes advantage of existing infrastructure saving installation cost and time. Using only one Ethernet cable to span 800 m (2624 ft) without the need for extra switches saves about 182.5 kWh per year.
4K technology is a revolutionary breakthrough in image resolution. With footage 4 times the pixel density of 1080P resolution, images are pin sharp in detail and full of colour. Cameras with 4K resolution can have a wide frame of view yet still preserve incredible detail when zoomed in. This means less cameras are required to secure an area, saving money and time during installation.
Wide Dynamic Range
This camera is equipped with industry leading wide dynamic range (WDR) technology, which produces vivid pictures even in the most intensely contrasted lighting conditions. It’s ideal for applications where both bright and low lighting conditions change quickly. True WDR (120dB) optimises both the bright and dark areas of a scene at the same time to produce usable video.
Intelligent Video System (IVS)
With built-in intelligent video analytics this camera has the ability to detect and analyse moving objects for enhanced video surveillance. It has the ability to detect multiple object behaviours such as object removal, and also supports Tripwire analytics, allowing the camera to detect when a pre-determined line has been crossed, ideal for business surveillance. IVS also supports Face Detection, for searching and identifying individuals.
Protection (IP67, IK10, wide voltage, wide temperature)
Supporting ±30% input voltage tolerance, this camera suits even the most unstable conditions for outdoor applications. Its 4KV lightning rating provides protection against the camera and its structure from the effects of lightning. The camera can operate in temperature environments of -30 °C to +60 °C. An ingress protection rating of IP67 certifies the camera is suitable for extreme weather conditions and is sealed from water and dust.
