Installer Tips

  • Surface Requirement: Install on a solid, stable pole or wall capable of supporting at least 3× the combined weight of the bracket and camera.
  • Installation Steps:
    1. Select a suitable installation surface and thread the cables through the bracket.
    2. Loosen the two hex screws, align the PTZ dome camera to the bracket, and rotate it 180° to engage.
    3. Tighten the two hex screws securely to complete the installation.
  • Weatherproofing: For outdoor installation, ensure all cable entry points are sealed with waterproof materials.
  • Safety Check: Confirm that all connections are firm and the bracket is securely mounted before powering up the camera.
