KeyPad is a wireless indoor touch-sensitive keyboard managing the Ajax security system. Designed for indoor use. With this device, the user can arm and disarm the system and see its security status. KeyPad is protected against attempts to guess the code and can raise a silent alarm when the code is entered under duress.
Connecting to the Ajax security system via a secured Jeweller radio protocol, KeyPad communicates with the hub at a distance of up to 1,700 m in line of sight.

Ajax’s 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or errors in the manufacturing process that may occur within 24 months from the date of sale. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (device body scrapes, scratches, etc.), wear of the elements caused by improper operation, and normal wear of the device components, mechanical and/or electrical damage (including latent), exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, and vibration or damage caused by natural disasters.
The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from unauthorised repair, installation, and/or replacement of components or programs, including the installation of updates and extensions, performed by anyone other than an authorised representative of the Limited Liability Company “Ajax Systems Manufacturing”.
If a device is faulty, Spy Monkey Surveillance will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible.

Please note, that we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
