Difficult to use

Worked immediately when plugged in to cable to router and accessible via !P address or cloud acc in the App. However if you change the password on the camera and forget it you’re in trouble. The Forgot Password function provides a QR code which has ‘invalid format’ and gives a 404 error. There’s no reset button on the camera, so now the camera is unusable.

Thanks for the comment. You are correct and this is by design as a security measure. These are not consumer electronics from bunnings. When you purchase a proper security device, expect there to be security restrictions if you don't use it properly. Save yourself (and us an anonymous undeserved 1 star review) the headache by not forgetting your password. Resetting the camera by QR code is only possible to do if you've already connected the Uniarch app. In your case the only way to reset the password is for us to get reset codes from the manufacturer. You will need to reach out to us with your order number and name so we can advise the next step. In future, don't forget your password!
