As well as Australian manufacturer warranties, we offer a 14-day returns policy so you can make a risk free purchase. We believe in the quality and reliability of our products. But if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will give you your money back.
WHAT can be returned?
You can return all security cameras, NVR's and hard drives within 14 days of receiving them. Our return policy does not cover accessories such as cable, mounts, junction boxes and SD cards. If you are returning an item it must be in original, brand new condition. We kindly ask that you keep it in its original packaging. Please check your cameras to make sure they are not altered in any way with scuffs or scratches.

Cost of SHIPPING for returns?
The customer will cover return shipping charges. Spy Monkey will bear the cost of outbound shipping of repaired/replaced items under warranty.
Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with information on the reason for your return and how we can help you.
Please keep a copy of your receipt for proof of shipment for any returns back to Spy Monkey. We recommend using a tracked delivery method to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. Spy Monkey will not be responsible for returned items being damaged or lost in transit.
