Launched by Dahua Technology, WizSense is a series of AI products and solutions that adopt independent AI chips and deep learning algorithms. It focuses on humans and vehicles with high accuracy, enabling users to fast act on defined targets. Based on Dahua's advanced technologies, WizSense provides intelligent, simple and inclusive products and solutions.
Smart Motion Detection 4.0 is the latest upgrade only on 3X66 model cameras, that filters out irrelevant movement in the scene significantly reducing false alarms. Equipped with a new and smarter deep learning algorithm, SMD 4.0 is optimised to filter out anything that isn’t human and/or vehicle in the scene with very high accuracy. The cameras built in AI ignores bugs, changes in light, leaves or trees and animals. When human or vehicle events are detected, the cameras can be configured to trigger an alert to the users smartphone in real time and also precisely marks the event to make it easy to find in playback using AI search.
The new Dahua DHI-NVR5208-8P-4KS2E Pro Series network video recorder is ideal for applications requiring high-resolution recording and high performance. As well as 4K image processing, the NVR supports edge storage, central storage or backup storage with an intuitive shortcut operation menu for remote management and control.
The NVR is ideal for a wide range of applications including home, business or commercial solutions.

Dahua’s 3-year manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials or broken components that could affect the normal operation of the product. If a device is faulty, SpyMonkey will facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer for you. We aim to do so in a manner that is as fast and efficient as possible. We don’t wait for the manufacturer to send us a replacement, if your item is determined to be faulty we will have it replaced as soon as possible from new stock.

The warranty does not cover damage to the product resulting from incorrect installation or negligence, damage caused by a natural disaster, or theft.
Please note, that we do not cover inbound shipping of the return to us however if a replacement is to be sent we will cover outbound shipping to the customer. We will need the serial number of the product and your order number.
Please don’t ship us anything until you have had confirmation from our teams and they have given you an RMA number and return address.
